Gently removes the outer
layer of the wheat grain to clean the surface, improve grain appearance and enhance atta quality.
WHAT IT DOES?
Uses emery rollers to gently rub the grain surface, removing dust, dirt and impurities while preserving the inner kernel, resulting in cleaner grain and whiter, higher quality flour.

HOW IT WORKS?
1. FEEDING
Cleaned wheat is fed into the emery roll.
2. SURFACE CLEANING
Emery rollers gently rub the grain surface.
3. IMPURITIES REMOVAL
Outer layer, dust and dirt are removed.
4. CLEAN OUTPUT
Cleaner, brighter grains move to the next stage.
